MSP 2011 is out there

The 2011 version will officially hit the streets on the 30th August.  This is an update rather than a rewrite, but there are 3 new chapters and some other changes that will interest experienced programme professionals.   The 2007 rewrite has had a massive impact on the market and seen huge growth in the use of MSP® across the world, the updated version is reflecting the growing body of knowledge around this topic, and what started out as a simple update has become more complicated than any of the team anticipated.

The new chapters are:

  • Benefits Management
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Quality and Assurance Management
