This guide by Ed Brown (Aspire Assess Director) outlines why you should use Investment Logic Mapping (ILM) and the good value the use of ILM will bring to your investments. They’re a powerful and extremely cost-effective way to bring shape and structure to your investment before you head off into expensive blind alleys.

We have been working on our You Tube channel over the past few weeks to bring you a host of video content from programme life cycles, benefits/risk/assurance (etc.) management to revision tips on how to successfully pass your exam.
We aim to keep the videos to no longer than 10 minutes to cover key topics for busy people on the go – admittedly with such a passionate team with a wealth of knowledge to share this wasn’t an easy task…
Here is a behind the scenes shot of Aspire Europe’s managing director, Rod Sowden recording a video on programme organisation.
Rod Sowden is the lead author for a number of publications including MSP®, P3M3® and more recently released survival guides for senior responsible owners, programme managers and business change managers which he regularly refers to throughout the videos. This weekend sees two major sporting events for the team at Aspire Europe Ltd.
Team Sky Dive – we are reaching the end of the APM project challenge competition into which Aspire Europe entered two teams. One was made up of in-house team in Portishead the second was for one of our clients, Plymouth City Council. The big money raising event for the in-house team is a skydive on Friday the 17th March, where two members (Alice Sowden and Sam Jenkins) of the team will be jumping out of an air plane at 15000 feet for a mighty free-fall. More details can be found at the at their just giving page, the beneficiaries will be a local charity that provides education and support to the underprivileged in Africa, and they do this by establishing rugby academies.
Match Sponsorship – Plymouth Argyle v Luton Town – if Sam and Alice survive the sky dive they will be joining the rest of the Aspire team and one or two clients for the match sponsorship. This is a special occasion for our longest serving member of staff, Mike Moore, who has been a lifelong Luton Town fan, and Rod Sowden (the owner of Aspire) has been a lifelong Plymouth fan, we will sort out office bragging rights at the Theatre of Greens rather than the office for a change. Mike is planning to retire in foreseeable future so we are grabbing this opportunity to make him the guest of honour at the game.
Hopefully everyone out their will have just a good of weekend.
